What’s included in our home services at no additional cost:   

 

· Initial Consultation/Meeting with Family— A $160 value (2 hrs.)

· Activities of Daily Living and Needs Assessment & Care Plan— A value of $500.00

· Ongoing Monitoring and Supervisory Visits— A value of $80.00 (1 hour)

 

Service fees are determined by level of care & schedule.  A TSA representative will meet with you and your family to discuss exact needs and requests to necessary schedule and feasible cost.

 

Savings options and sign up discounts are discussed during assessment. 

 

Your Insurance Policy may cover in-home care services.  Call us to verify if you qualify to start using your long term care policy.
